Meghan Markle Fires Baby Sitter Archie, who has only worked for 2 days, this is the reason

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were forced to let go of their son Archie’s baby sitter because they felt the nanny wasn’t professional. This is written in the latest biography, Finding Freedom.

The book, written by journalists Omid Scobie and Carolyn Durand, claims that Harry wants to recruit a daily baby sitter to set a sleep schedule and help them after Archie is born. However, the baby sitter’s time with the family was felt to be ‘short’ and less professional.

“Meghan and Harry felt they were being forced to let go of their daily baby sitters on the second day of work because they were unprofessional,” said a source, reported by the Daily Mail.

According to the book Finding Freedom, Prince Harry and Meghan initially decided to stop using full-time baby sitters, instead they decided to work with daily baby sitters after Meghan’s mother, Doria Ragland, returned to Los Angeles.

The book revealed that the couple felt the baby sitter’s attitude was less professional. However, it did not specify what happened.

And after they tried to hire their first baby sitter, they felt cautious. Even when hiring a second baby sitter, they feel uncomfortable.

“The new parents were trying to recruit a daily baby sitter for the second time, but because there was a bad experience with the first, they felt uncomfortable sleeping through the night without checking Archie,” said the source.

After that, the couple finally decided to take care of their son without the help of a daily baby sitter at all.

The couple also hired a baby sitter to work on weekdays, and joined other staff members at home. But in the end they decided not to have any live staff in the house.

“Harry and Meghan have agreed that they do not want their house to be filled with staff,” said the source.

This is because Harry sees the situation at Prince William’s house and does not want the same for his own family. She and Meghan Markle love the idea that when they sleep at night, there are only three of them in the house. Comfortable and private.
