Mental health: Prince Harry and Oprah Winfrey docuseries launched on May 21

The documentary series The Me You Can’t See, co-created and co-produced by Prince Harry and Oprah Winfrey, will be released on Apple TV + on May 21. People like Lady Gaga and Glenn Close are among the people who will talk about their psychological challenges.

Oprah Winfrey and Prince Harry to host honest discussions about mental health and emotional well-being, while opening up to their own struggles and their psychological development, according to the statement released Monday.

The Me You Can’t See aims to de-stigmatize the issue of mental health and start a global conversation, selon Oprah Winfrey.

The majority of us carry a share of unresolved trauma, loss and grief, Prince Harry said. The past year has shown us that we are all in this together, and I hope this series shows that there is power in vulnerability, connection in empathy and strength in honesty.

Other personalities besides Glenn Close and Lady Gaga will testify, such as basketball players DeMar DeRozan and Langston Galloway, Olympic boxer Virginia “Ginny Fuchs” and Chief Rashad Armstead.

The announcement comes about two months after Prince Harry and his wife Meghan’s television interview with Oprah Winfrey caused a stir.
