Trevor Bauer, star pitcher with Los angeles dodgers, could spark another new scandal in Major League Baseball (MLB) after Pasadena police assured that it is investigating for an alleged case of abuse after he became involved with a woman in early 2021.

Jon Fetterolf, Bauer’s attorney, said the meeting between your client and the woman it was completely consensual. However, the woman’s lawyer assured that her client obtained from the court a protection order based on the law of prevention of domestic violence after having suffered severe physical and emotional pain after the encounter.
“Our goal is to prevent Mr. Bauer from communicating with our client in any way possible. We anticipate that there will be a criminal action against Mr. Bauer, and we hope that the police will take the allegations and our client’s case seriously. “
Following a TMZ report that police in California are investigating Dodgers star Trevor Bauer for an assault on a woman, Bauer’s attorney, Jon Fetterolf, released a statement in which he denied the allegations. Later reports assured that the woman had traveled twice from San Diego to Bauer’s residence in Pasadena, California to sustain relationships in which she asked to be strangled. Days after the second encounter, the person suing said he sought medical attention for a concussion.
Until Tuesday night, neither the Dodgers nor the office of the Big leagues have issued a statement or a position on the matter.
