Home care, whether postoperative or not, is expected to take more and more space. In this context, the FNI (National Federation of Nurses) has signed with a second union, the SNIIL (National Union of Nurses), an amendment to the National Nurses Convention with the National Director of Health Insurance, Nicolas Revel.

The FNI 56 met Thursday, November 7, 2019, in Vannes, to inform the liberal nurses about this new situation.

From now on, support for addiction will no longer be billed for the time spent, but for the complexity of the procedures: postoperative home monitoring, after outpatient surgery, postoperative care such as removal of drains, removal of catheters, initial assessment of complex wounding at home. "This measure promotes the home care of dependent patients and enhances the work of nurses who have already performed some of these acts", summarizes Souad Mihoubi of the FNI 56.
