The Board of Directors of the Caracas Fútbol Club officially announced the dismissal of the central defender Rosmel Villanueva and the midfielder Junior Moreno, reports the portal Leader.
Villanueva, who arrived at the ranks of the capital for the 2018 season, wore the jersey of the most winning team in the country for four (4) years.
He played a total of 6,116 minutes in 77 games played, between international competitions and a local tournament, in which he scored two goals, one of them to obtain the Clausura 2019 tournament championship against Deportivo Táchira at the Pueblo Nuevo Sports Center and later won the twelfth star of the team.
For his part, Moreno, in his transit with Rojo during the 2020, 2021 and 2022 campaigns, played 869 minutes in 32 matches between CONMEBOL tournaments and Venezuelan soccer.
The Avilanian institution wishes them the greatest success in their new professional challenges, detailed a statement from Caracas.
