BERITASOLORAYA.com– Nadiem Makarim, Minister of Education and Culture (Kemdikbud) conveyed the points of change in the provision of teacher certification allowances.
The change in teacher certification allowances delivered by Nadiem is intended for teachers at all levels of education, including PAUD, TK, SD, SMP, SMA and SLB.
It is known that the Ministry of Education and Culture’s allowance is given to teachers who have the status of ASN and Non ASN until there is equality.

This is because the Ministry of Education and Culture has launched a new regulation regarding the provision of teacher certification allowances, both certified and non-certified.
In general, the Law on allowances between MoEC and MoRA is differentiated. However, in the regulations that will be set, there are also rules regarding allowances for Madrasahs.
Previously, the rules regarding the Law on the Ministry of Education and Culture’s allowances were regulated based on three laws at once, namely:
– Law 20/2003 concerning the National Education System (UU Sisdiknas)
– Law 14/2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers (Teachers and Lecturers Law)
– UU 12/2012 on Higher Education (UU Dikti)
