Within the individual management department, the payroll control officer performs his duties within the HRIS and administrative payroll management unit, which includes the activity of 3 agents, including the manager. The control referent’s missions cover three parts: ensuring cash flow controls (monthly, thematic and feedback), carrying out internal controls (monthly and thematic), contributing to training and communication with colleagues from the department, management and units management of operational departments, on HRIS developments.

Within the individual management department, the payroll control officer performs his duties within the HRIS and administrative payroll management unit, which includes the activity of 3 agents, including the manager. The control referent’s missions cover three parts: ensuring cash flow controls (monthly, thematic and feedback), carrying out internal controls (monthly and thematic), contributing to training and communication with colleagues from the department, management and units management of operational departments, on HRIS developments.

To do this, it is necessary to use and establish control tools. Each control should be the subject of a feedback to the thematic referents (payroll / career / health-retirement) with a view to improving procedures to make practices as reliable as possible. It is also requested to ensure a statistical follow-up on the implementation of corrections and recommendations through a functional link with the other units of the Directorate.

The control referent will therefore work across the board with the other units of the service, with the municipal treasury, the steering service and the management units of the operational departments.

You have significant experience in human resources, particularly payroll, which allows you today to be recognized as an expert in this field. You have great rigor and a strong appetite for data collection and query tools (Business Object and free office). Your tenacity allows you to look for the slightest error and your analytical skills allow you to identify solutions. Well-versed in collaborative work, you are able to report quickly if necessary in order to support the unit manager. Endowed with interpersonal and educational qualities, you appreciate being in an advisory position with your colleagues.
