Bengaluru: Three persons, including his son, have been arrested in the case of killing a father by issuing a citation. Father Narayana Swamy was killed by his son after promising Rs 1 crore to the quotation gang. Son Manikantha, Adarsha and Shivakumar were arrested in the incident. The police revealed that the murder was due to a property dispute. The incident took place on February 13.

Narayana Swamy’s decision to give his son’s wife Archana his own flat resulted in the murder. Narayana Swamy decided to write off the flat because Archana faced financial crisis.
Archana is Manikantha’s second wife as per the police disclosure. Manikanta killed his first wife. He was in jail in the incident. It will be released in 2020. Later married Archana. The couple has a one-month-old child. Problems arose between the two and Manikanta started harassing Archana. Due to this, a complaint was filed against him and Manikanta went to jail. When Manikanta learned that the flat was going to be registered in his wife’s name, he gave a quotation to two people named Adarsha and Shivakumar, whom he had met in jail.
