A title that sums up the success story of the Niçois since the release in 2015 of his first opus “The wanderings of the Avener”.
“Yes, the first album, with its success, brought me a lot: self-confidence, comfort of life, concerts, wonderful memories of life”, confides the Niçois – of origin and residence even today.
“These last 5 years, between work, concerts, trips and countless meetings, have above all turned out to be an extraordinary 5 years. I was able to buy gear, and make a second album more personal.”
While the first album was based on remixes of existing tracks, the second album is full of original songs.
Never far from its Riviera roots, The Avener had filmed on the roof of the Palais des Festivals in Cannes. It was a first.
Go behind the scenes of the evening:
In his new album, he keeps his “paw, a little funk, dancefloor, a little soulful”, but as he says, it’s “especially a voice album, with Ayo (known with” Down on my knees “) , Josef Salvat, Australian, and Tywayo a Frenchman who wonders why he is not better known “.
“These are artists that I met on the road, at festivals,” continues the thirty-something.
The Niçois was in our “I Box” a few weeks ago:
One who speaks to Obama’s ear
His music reached the ears of the couple Barack and Michelle Obama, who put it in their playlist for the summer of 2019.
“Knowing that I was listened to in the Obama lounge – the presidential couple who made history – or while jogging, frankly, I was happy for a week!”
For fans of the first hour … The clip has almost 58 million views on YouTube!

His best concert memory?
“It was at the Vieilles Charrues, the day after the Nice attack, people knew that I was from Nice. And some had seen on social networks that I was looking for someone the night of the drama. My first sweetheart and her mother died. I played the original version of + Imagine + by John Lennon … I felt massive support … 60,000 people who turned on their phones, it was really special … “
> Find him in concert at the Palais Nikaïa, Nice on December 11!
