The EU mediators asked the Austrian foreign office to stand by. In any case, EU foreign policy chief Josep Borrell wants to travel to Vienna to sign the agreement. The foreign ministers of the signatory states Iran, USA, Russia, China, Germany, France and Great Britain may only attend the ceremony virtually.
