O. Dembele at Chelsea? The answer !

Ousmane Dembélé, who has long been coveted by Chelsea during the last Premier League transfer window, has finally extended to FC Barcelona. But the London club have not lost hope.

Despite the failure in its attempt to recruit Ousmane Dembele during the last summer transfer window, Chelsea did not give up the idea of recruiting the French international. The latter has extended his contract until 2024 and will therefore still be in a strong position next summer to negotiate with any interested clubs. But that does not seem to be the priority of the Blues striker.

Ousmane Dembélé feels good at Barça

Speaking on RMC Sport, Ousmane Dembélé confirmed that he feels good at FC Barcelona and has no plans to move at the moment: “I’m fine, I feel good at Barcelona, I have the confidence of the whole team, the whole club and I’m happy. Now everyone is talking about football, it’s better” he added in particular.

5 years wasted?

Ousmane Dembélé admitted, however, that in recent seasons he hasn’t been at his best due to recurring injuries: “My lifestyle during my first years at Barca? I was young like everyone else. But I managed to get out of this situation. However, not everything is as people imagined. From 2017 to 2021 I wasted my time a lot. I wasted five years of my life” recognizes the one who scored 34 goals in 158 appearances for the Catalan club.
