One year PlayStation Plus is cheaper and Pi-Day deals are still running

Today is a good day to start or renew your subscription to PlayStation Plus: You will receive a one-year subscription for approximately 25 percent of the usual $ 59.99. For $ 44.99, this is a great proposition for PS4 owners, even if you do not need to activate it yet. Just keep the code until the service is exhausted.

Even though it's not technically a Pi-day anymore, there are still some offers from yesterday's party. Whenever TCL's 4K HDR 6-Series TV with integrated Roku software comes on the market, we'll let you know because it's still one of the best 4K TVs you can get for under $ 1,000. The 55-inch model costs well below this mark at $ 579.99, and should fit your needs well, if you need a large, narrow-aperture TV, Dolby Vision HDR support, and more.

Microsoft's Pi-Day offerings are still in place and you can get great discounts on Dell XPS 13 laptops with a 4K display ($ 999). The Intel Core i7 processor of the 8th generation and 256 GB of memory provide an example. If you prefer a desktop that is suitable for some games, Dell's Inspiron desktop includes an Intel Core i5 8th generation, the Nvidia GTX 1060 and 8GB of RAM for $ 685.

In another Pi-Day deal: Acer's XF250Q gaming monitor usually costs $ 299.99, but you can find it now for $ 229.99. At this price, there are some impressive features normally found on more expensive monitors, such as G-sync compatibility, a refresh rate of 240 Hz and a response time of 1 ms. As long as you are satisfied with playing on a 1080p TN panel, this monitor is a bargain.

Sling TV subscriptions are discounted for new members, and you can purchase a three-month subscription to the orange and blue channel bundles for $ 25 instead of $ 40. This is a great deal if you're interested in the March Madness basketball games starting next week. While CBS (not included with Sling TV) has exclusive rights to some games, TruTV, TNT and TBS give you access to most games.

It's not a new deal, but Apple's sixth generation iPad is still a good deal to figure out if you need or need a new tablet. Starting at $ 249 for the 32GB model or $ 329 for the 128GB tablet, these are currently the best tablets you can buy under $ 500, as my colleague Dieter Bohn reported.
