Operational Marketing Officer (HF) –

True conductor of Marketing actions, your missions take place in 3 points:
1 – Ensure the operational deployment of the annual marketing plan (reputation, business, loyalty)
In connection with the marketing plan roadmap, define and ensure the production of internal and external communication media, sales assistance (marketing offers, arguments, webinars, presentations)
Deploy and communicate on the deployment of these media internally, and on external communication platforms (website, social networks via the community manager, press via the Content Manager)
Support the Chief Marketing Officer during the development of specific offers (reflection on target, deployment of tailor-made offers, against competition arguments, etc.)
Guarantee the reliability and updating of marketing documentation, and compliance with production and distribution procedures validated
Support to sales forces / trade FR and UK

2 – Support actions of differentiation and reputation of the company

Manage the logistics organization and the promotion of keynote and webinar-type marketing events, internally or in conjunction with contractors / partners
Proactively propose the creation of high added value content with partners or influencers in the communication frameworks identified in the roadmap (HR Family, Webinar, Plateau FCMSxGB, etc.)
Ensure the update of the competitive benchmark –
Participate in the structuring of the editorial and event calendar, and the optimization of the production calendar (articles, guides, videos …) by bringing a business perspective

3 – Gestions & coordination

Coordinate the various providers and external suppliers and ensure budget monitoring
Carry out project management schedules, ensure compliance with deadlines, organize the resolution of any sticking points.
Manage the internal studio (1 graphic designer and 1 motion designer) to guarantee the production of impactful and qualitative media and communications (management of briefs, respect of deadlines assigned to the project, presentation of elements to the team before dissemination)
