A very old and very bad joke (and very for nerds) is that of a physicist, a chemist and an economist who are shipwrecked and remain on a desert island with a can of food and no opener. While waiting for rescue, the physicist proposes to open the can by pulling it from a coconut tree, and demonstrates the validity of his theory with all kinds of graphics and formulas.
