Patrick, Verducci, Wilbon chose among six selected to NSMA Hall of Fame

Dan Patrick, Tom Verducci and Michael Wilbon are among six men to be transferred into the National Sports Association's Hero Hall, announced on Monday.

They are part of an induction class including Skip Caray, Cawood Ledford, and Dick Young, all of whom are deceased. he will also join the Hall, the annual vote results of the NSMA membership.

NSMA chose CBS and Turner sports broadcaster Kevin Harlan, as principal sports examiner for 2019 and Adrian Wojnarowski, ESPN as sports writer of the year. They will be honored by the sporting and sports writers of the year from 49 states and the District of Columbia at the 61st annual NSMA awards feast on 29 June Winston-Salem, N.C.

CBS and TES Network play-to-play announcements, Ian Eagle was named as the sportsman of the year for New York for the fifth time. Columnist Mike Post New York won the year's sports writer for the second year just.
