A man was run over and killed when he crossed a street in Leeds.
A black BMW drove on Friday around 21:40 clock in the pedestrian area of the Black Bull Street in the city center.
The 33-year-old man died on the spot, West Yorkshire police said. The power appeals to witnesses.
The driver, a 25-year-old man, was arrested on suspicion of being killed by dangerous driving and is still in detention.
