On April 28, the Prime Minister, Edouard Philippe, had announced before the deputies three indicators which were going to make it possible to color in green or in red the map of the French departments with a view to deconfinement. There was “the circulation of the virus”, “hospital capacities in intensive care” and finally “the local system of tests and detection of contact cases”. However if the first two points are clarified and updated every evening by the Directorate General of Health, the third criterion has completely disappeared from radar and has never been the subject of any map. The administration promises that the data will be available Thursday, May 7, when the extent of the deconfinement is clarified. But why such a delay?
