PHOTO REPORT: Kambala’s return fight convincingly kills Belarusian boxers

| |

Within the framework of the “LNK Fight Night 11” fight show, in the fourth round of Kambala’s super heavy weight category, Belarusian Alaksandr Nahajchuk was slaughtered.

Kambala had a clear advantage in this fight, but the Latvian secured the victory at the end of the fourth round, when he was hit on the body. The Belarusian athlete, meanwhile, had great difficulty with his opponent’s height, as he had trouble reaching the former basketball player’s head.

The Latvian turned to boxing in 2007, when the International Basketball Federation (FIBA) disqualified him for 24 months for cocaine use. Kambala started actively training in boxing, spent two fights in amateur competition, both winning with a knockout, but in 2008 he already made his debut in professional boxing. The first fight in which he went to the ring ended in a draw. The next three battles were won by Kambala, and two of them were knocked out. Shortly afterwards, he left the box and returned to basketball.
