Picasso’s missing picture at the home of a former First Lady of the Philippines

The missing picture of world-famous painter Pablo Picasso is suspected to be in the home of former First Lady Imelda Marcos of the Philippines.

Picasso’s picture was captured on video of Ferdinand Marcos Jr., the son of former Philippine dictators Ferdinand Marcos and Imelda Marcos, celebrating his presidency. With this, social media has taken over the picture.

It is reported that a painting by Picasso, Femme Couche, is on the wall of the former First Lady’s home.

The Guardian reports, quoting Ruben Curranza, former commissioner of the Presidential Commission on Good Government (PCGG), that it was Imelda Marcos’ custom to buy and display counterfeit paintings.
