Piers Morgan met an anti-Trump activist during a heated exchange on Good Morning Britain, calling him an "idiot" after saying the Communist guest was "pro-Obama."

The presenter turned against the demonstrator Ash Sarkar, an activist from the Stop Trump Coalition, who participated in the program to discuss the planned rally against US President Donald Trump when visiting Britain on Friday.
She also criticized Morgan's interview with Mr. Trump earlier this year during the fiery debate, in which the couple kept talking vociferously.
Sarkar said that the idea that Mr. Trump holds the hand of Theresa May is a "total embarrassment" that follows his policy of "unreasonable" border demarcation.
In an extremely fiery debate, we are discussing the thousands of people likely to protest President Trump … @piersmorgan @ susannareid100 pic.twitter.com/KXS1UiW9fg– Good morning Great Britain (@GMB) July 12, 2018
Morgan asked, "Did you find out that Obama is deterring three million people?"
Sarkar responded that she did, and Morgan asked why she did not march against former President Barack Obama during one of his visits to the UK, adding that "there are two standards."
He added, "If you find both unreasonable and it's the same problem, you have to march twice, right?"
Sarkar said, "Piers, I would encourage you to see some of the other work I did, where I was very critical …"
Morgan interrupted her and told her to "investigate some basic facts about your hero Obama," to which she responded, "He's not my hero, I'm a communist, you idiot."
"Let's put it in the right perspective – there were (no marches) against Obama, there was not any against Vladimir Putin," said Morgan.
His co-presenter Susanna Reid asked him, "Why did not you go against Obama when you were so protesting?"
Sarkar, who became increasingly impatient during the interview, said Morgan was trying to "catch up with his incompetence as a journalist," adding, "You did not adequately hold Trump to justice when you interviewed him."
Morgan fired back: "Yes, I did, I held Trump to account in a series of questions."
Sarkar said that Morgan was "embarrassing" and added, "What you have done is that your guests are manned with straw, words were put into my mouth and distracted from the actual argument.
"You may be embarrassed, Ash, but what I try and do is fair to Trump," Morgan replied.
"What you do is relentless Anti-Trump and Pro someone like Obama – do not wash it."
Sarkar replied, "I'm not pro-Obama, I'm a critic of Obama, I'm a Democratic Party critic because I'm literally a communist!"
Their heated debate was transmitted after the live broadcast and on Twitter.
Yes, I could not remember the number of people who were deported under Obama. But that's still not half as embarrassing as @piersmorgan Forgot that he really wanted to be a journalist. – Ash Sarkar (@AyoCaesar) July 12, 2018

It was not that you could not remember, it's that you had no idea. That might explain why you feel so compelled to protest immigration against Trump, but not Obama, who has deported 3 million people. https://t.co/VGA9uGvPMS- Piers Morgan (@piersmorgan) July 12, 2018
She tweeted, "Yeah, I could not remember the number of people who were deported to under Obama, but it's still not half as embarrassing as @piersmorgan, who forgets that he's supposed to be a journalist."
Morgan tweeted back, "It was not that you could not remember, it's that you had no idea, which might explain why you feel so pressured to protest Trump against immigration, but not Obama, the Has deported 3 million people. "
