Anne Heche will have to give a blood sample to the police after crashing her car into a house in Los Angeles.

The LAPD has been ordered to test the “Six Days, Seven Nights” star’s blood to see if he was under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol at the time of the crash, TMZ reported Monday.

Officials believe Heche, 53, was intoxicated when she crashed her blue Mini Cooper into a house on Friday and suffered severe burns after the vehicle caught fire, but the results of her blood tests could take weeks, the outlet said. .

Sources also told TMZ that, at a minimum, the LAPD will refer Heche’s case to the Los Angeles City Attorney, who could pursue hit-and-run charges, as she reportedly crashed into a garage and was killed. He walked away before driving to the nearby house.
