The mortality rates among physicians during the pandemic of the coronavirus COVID-19 practically do not differ from other periods. This was announced in the program “Sunday evening with Vladimir Solovyov” on the TV channel “Russia-1” by the head of Rospotrebnadzor Anna Popova.
“So far, there are no threatening statistics saying that the total number of deaths during this period is some other proportion of medical workers, there are none,” she said.
According to Popova, police records are being kept. “We know about everyone who had the virus, especially about everyone who died,” the head of the department said.
