The announcement of the “Megxit” by Prince Harry (35), Duchess Meghan (38) and little Archie (eleven months) came as a surprise to the public a few weeks ago. Friends of the couple have apparently known for some time that the young royals wanted to take this – or a similar – step.
“He won’t grow up like this”
Harry already hinted at the “Megxit” last summer, as the researcher Jane Goodall (86) has now revealed in a conversation with the weekend magazine of the British tabloid “Daily Mail”. She held Meghan and Harry’s son in her arms and imitated the typical waving of Queen Elizabeth II (93) with him. “I assume he will have to learn that now,” she said to the couple. “No, he won’t grow up like this,” Harry replied.
Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan had released their obligations as Senior Royals on April 1. The two are said to be living with Archie in the Los Angeles area. Rumor has it that Meghan wants to get back on her feet as an actress. She became known for the first time through the “Suits” lawyer series. Archie was born last May and is the couple’s first child.
