Putin does not intend to declare martial law in Russia – World

Russian President Vladimir Putin does not intend to declare martial law in Russia during the special operation in Ukraine. This was announced by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov quoted by TASS.

Putin congratulated the head of the Donetsk People’s Republic Denis Pushilin on today’s Republic National Day, saying in a telegram posted on the Kremlin’s website that he is confident of a victory. Tass reports it.
“I am confident that our joint efforts will allow us to overcome every obstacle and achieve a victory”, reads the telegram.

The government of the southern Kherson region will ask Russian President Vladimir Putin to make it part of the Russian Federation. This was stated by the deputy head of the administration Kirill Stremousov quoted by TASS.
