Kuzin noted that there are areas in which the situation with the coronavirus is deteriorating and “causes concern.” These are Donetsk, Lugansk, Kharkov and Lvov regions.
“Regarding the extension of quarantine. It will be extended because we understand that many organizational measures are tied to quarantine,” Kuzin said.

An outbreak of coronavirus infection began at the end of 2019 in China. On March 11, 2020, the World Health Organization declared the spread of the coronavirus a pandemic.
As of July 30, 2.2 million cases of COVID-19 were confirmed in the country, almost 53 thousand people died from the disease.
Adaptive quarantine is in effect in Ukraine until August 31. The country returned to this regime on February 24. Regions are divided into “green”, “yellow”, “orange” and “red” zones according to the level of restrictions, which depend on the epidemic situation.
Since June, the country has allowed round-the-clock work of cafes and public events. On June 9, the Ministry of Health published updated indicators for determining the levels of epidemic danger, according to which all regions of Ukraine entered the “green” zone.
