Queen Letizia's Gold Pleated Skirt is everything you'll ever need for this party season

Just like Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton, Queen Letizia of Spain is a driving force when it comes to fashion. For the 20th anniversary of the Spanish newspaper La Razón, Letizia (before her marriage to King Felipe journalist) wore a black crew-neck top and a gorgeous gold pleated skirt that instantly gave me party vibes. With a black coat draped over her shoulders, a purse, suede boots, and fine earrings, her ensemble was incredibly chic yet modern.

Pleated skirts and dresses were of course always a concern for the royals. Just last month, Meghan Markle wore a stunning, pleated midi skirt by Givenchy on her first royal tour in New Zealand, and Kate Middleton has worn this style more than once over her years as the Duchess of Cambridge. Read on to take a closer look at Queen Letizia's stylish ensemble and buy similar skirts.
