Receptionist M/F – Barrier – Permanent contract in Lille

The Resort Barrière de Lille is looking for a Talent: A Receptionist (M/F)

You will work under the responsibility of our Head of Reception, renowned for his organization and his availability. Beginning as a receptionist, the internal evolution allowed him to acquire many skills and knowledge about the resort and his support is a real asset for you.

– Your missions, if you accept it

Welcome, help and inform the customer (telephone, front) while respecting the standards of the Barrière group;
Complete the reception, departure and reservation formalities for customers in accordance with the standards of the Barrière group;
Research and anticipate the needs of customers during the duration of the stay
Follow, prepare and take reservations in collaboration with our reservation center
Control payment terms, present invoicing and collection when customers leave
Hours: 35h/Weekly / Rotating and variable hours / Weekend work and public holidays
