Police in Finnmark, Norway, detained three Russian asylum seekers. According to the Norwegian border guards, a similar incident took place earlier at the end of June, when a person from Russia found himself on the Norwegian side of the border. The Norwegians point out that it is illegal. The security services launched an investigation into this matter.
