The Customer Experience Department of Apivia Macif Mutuelle is recruiting a remote sales advisor for a 7-month CDD from February 1, 2023 for its Grenoble team.

Within a human-sized team, your main missions will be to:

– Remotely market Macif individual health and personal protection products and services to our members, customers and prospects.
– Optimize each contact with a commercial proposal adapted to the customer’s needs (incoming and outgoing calls).
– Assist the MACIF network in the marketing of mutual insurance contracts
– Record the subscriptions of new health contracts for individuals, and contribute to the reliability of customer data.

In order to support you and give you all the keys to successfully taking up your position, paid professional training will be provided to you internally at the start of your contract. It alternates between theory and practice on our products, our businesses and our IT tools.
