The journalist Karina Peraza reported on her Twitter account that among the deceased are two prison guards. “The corpses are already in the morgue of the Central Hospital Antonio María Pineda,” he wrote.

It indicated that the relatives of the deputy to the National Assembly Gilber Caro do not know the condition in which it is after the fact. The parliamentarian has a transfer order to Ramo Verde that has not been made effective.

On the other hand, the journalist Ramón Veliz reported that the situation was generated because the prisoners asked for changes in the directive due to the mistreatment they received from the custodians.
