Liverpool's Andy Robertson is confident Liverpool will recover from the surprise defeat of Red Star in the Champions League but conceded his team should regain their "luster" once again to get back on course.
After winning three of the last nine games in all competitions, Liverpool manager Juergen Klopp said his players had struggled to dominate rivals this season, a conclusion Robertson agreed with.
Robertson told British media: "Last season everyone used to score four or five goals in the game. It can not happen in every confrontation. Sometimes we had to strive to win the league this season, maybe it's not good but we did it effectively. "We may not have the glamor about not winning 4-0 or 5-0 in most games, but we think we need to try to get it back."
After a 2-0 defeat in the Serbian capital on Tuesday, Liverpool must beat Paris St Germain in France or Napoli to secure their place in the Champions League, but Robertson believes Liverpool can do so in Paris on November 28 despite losing The last three away games at the continental championship.
"It is an equal group and competition will remain until the end. We still believe in qualification but we have to prove it now. "
