Rockstar released a patch for the PC version of Red Dead Redemption 2, but it did not solve the launch problem

In the patch description, the developers said they fixed a number of launch problems that players complained about. The publication stated that Red Dead Redemption 2 keeps crashing despite installing the update. The game managed to be launched only after reinstalling the operating system. Rockstar did not comment on the situation.

The PC version of Red Dead Redemption 2 was released on November 5. Users dropped the project rating on Metacritic to 3.1 points out of 10. The game received 68 positive reviews and 249 negative ratings.
