Roskoschestvo gave advice on the choice of products for Easter cake
For the preparation of Easter cakes, Roskoschestvo recommends choosing the highest grade flour, since it is well cleaned and safe, and the pastries turn out to be fluffy and soft. At the same time, the department notes that in the process of cleaning the useful properties of flour are lost, therefore, supporters of healthy food should choose flour of the first or second grade.
When choosing eggs for making a cake, experts advise to pay attention to the sorting date, manufacturer, quality of packaging. The agency recommends storing eggs at a temperature of from 0 to 20 ° C with a relative humidity of 85–88%. Roskoschestvo also notes that the shelf life of dietary, washed and table eggs is different.
As for butter, it should be kept at a temperature of 3 ± 2 degrees, and the foil will allow to extend the shelf life, the department said. Choose a product should be geographically: the closer the production, the better.
Sunflower oil should be stored in a dark place and have a light color. There may be some sediment in the unrefined oil.
