Roy Barrera will enter surgery this Friday in the last phase of cancer treatment

After several months of his fight against cancer, the former president of Congress, Roy Barreras will enter this Friday June 2nd to a major surgery at noon, as part of the last phase of his oncology treatment.

Through his Twitter account, Barreras pointed out that his intervention could take between four and five hours, so he asked his followers to pray for him so that everything goes well. He also said he apologized for not having managed to “answer the hundreds of messages of positive energy” that had been sent to him, in support of his medical process.

Finally, he thanked those who have been attentive to his health, and tells them that he hopes to see them soon.

“At 12 am today I will enter the operating room. The surgery will last between 4 and 5 hours approximately. It is the last phase of my treatment. I appreciate all the prayers. They are healing. I apologize for not being able to answer the hundreds of messages of positive energy! Thank you all! See you soon!” Barreras said.
