Russia is redeploying its troops. This is now Putin’s new target

The Russian army is redeploying its units to Donetsk Oblast after leaving part of Kherson Oblast to reinforce operations around Bakhmut and Donetsk. The Russians are counting on conquering new territories, according to the American Institute of War Research (ISW).
