Demolition and earthworks are in full swing on the site of the former hospital in Saint-Germain-en-Laye (Yvelines). The construction of the Clos Saint-Louis district entered the operational phase a few months ago, after a major depollution operation. The development program, adopted by deliberation of the municipal council of Saint-Germain in 2013 will thus, in the end, have taken about ten years to get started.

The delivery of the different phases of the new district, with an area of 4 hectares and 49,000 m2 floor, will be spread out between 2025 and 2028. The promoters acquired the land, for an amount of 95 million euros, from the city, after financial support by the public land establishment of Ile-de-France .
