A 50-year-old man was arrested on the evening of Saturday 1is May 2021 after having threatened with a knife the hospital staff of the Sanitary City of Saint-Nazaire (Loire-Atlantique).

At around 10 p.m., this individual went to the emergency room to obtain a substitute for the heroin on which he is dependent.

For lack of an order, the nurse present was unable to comply with his request.

The tone rose and the fifty-year-old ended up pulling out a knife, before threatening the employee to “cut off his head,” said the police.

The man was eventually released from the hospital before being arrested by the police.

At the end of his police custody on Monday, May 3, 2021, he was referred to the judicial court, with a view to a judgment in immediate appearance in the afternoon of Tuesday, May 4, 2021.

The judges sentenced this father without a record, living in Nantes, to four months in prison.
