Gelsenkirchen – Midfielder Victor Pálsson is allowed to leave his corona quarantine and is scheduled to return to team training at FC Schalke 04 this Thursday.
The 30-year-old could be an option for the important away game at his ex-club and fourth-placed Darmstadt 98 this Sunday, as the second division soccer team announced. Pálsson missed his team’s 3-0 win against 1. FC Heidenheim last Saturday due to the corona.
Dominick Drexler and Darko Churlinov practiced individually on Wednesday for reasons of stress control with the leader from the Ruhr area, trained by Mike Büskens.
