Scientists from the universities of Tel Aviv and Haifa have identified the deadly danger of red meat. Lovers have such food at risk of having serious health consequences, namely cancer or cirrhosis of the liver.

The doctors conducted an experiment involving 800 people aged 40 to 70 years. Scientists conducted a survey of each and set preferences in the selection of meat products. The results of the study showed that people who consume a lot of red meat are most prone to a number of fatal diseases, such as liver cirrhosis and cancer.
Experts also noticed that a large number of components in the body that come there with red meat or products with its content, causes the development of tissue resistance to insulin. As a result, such disruption of the body can lead to diabetes or a heart attack. Scientists advise not to neglect their health and reduce the consumption of red meat, reducing to a minimum.
