Scientists: Hot bath reduces blood sugar and inflammation

This is especially true for sedentary people who are not engaged in an active physical life. This conclusion was made by British experts.

Scientists have reported that a hot bath significantly reduces blood sugar and inflammation. The study was conducted at Loughborough University.
The experiment involved inactive young men with excess weight. They were invited to take hot baths, the water temperature in which was 39 degrees.
In the course of previous experiments, a link has already been established between what the temperature of the human body and how the body produces nitrogen oxide. This element is engaged in the transfer of glucose with blood.
In the last study, scientists found that even a single hot bath causes an increase in the production of this element several times.
During the last experiment, respondents were offered an everyday hot bath. As a result, a significant decrease in blood sugar and insulin was noted.
At the same time, doctors do not recommend resorting to hot baths for those who have chronic cystitis, hemorrhoids and a number of other diseases.
Thus, the benefits of hot baths have increased further. Shortly before it was found that they also successfully cope with depression.
