– Hold a weight in each hand and bend your arms 90 degrees so that the weights are in front of your body.

– Stand with shoulders at shoulder height and raise elbows to shoulder height so that weights are rotating and parallel to ground at chest height.

– Hold this position for two seconds and lower it. Repeat 12 times and make three sets.
