The second richest man in India has boosted his real estate investment in Dubai by purchasing another beachside villa.
And Bloomberg Agency reported that he broke his previous record for the most expensive residential real estate deal in the emirate within months.
Mukesh Ambani bought the Mansionen Villa in Palm Jumeirah last week for about $163 million (600 million dirhams) from the family of Kuwaiti businessman Mohammed Al-Shaya.
In August, Indian billionaire Mukesh Ambani’s company, Reliance Industries, bought an $80 million (Dh294 million) beachfront villa in Dubai, the city’s largest residential real estate deal ever.
The company bought the property, located on Palm Jumeirah, earlier this year, for Ambani’s younger son, Anant.
