Requirements

• Completed training in the socio-educational field (HF/FH)
• Experience in the caregiver work of children and young people
• Willingness to work irregular hours including night and weekend shifts
• Experience in system-oriented social pedagogy or the willingness to develop professionally
• Goal and solution-oriented work
• Orientation towards the individual needs and resources of the children, young people and their families
• Clarity and serenity in challenging situations
