Location: Philadelphia, PA
Salary: $55,000 – $65,000

My client is an extremely well-known high end hotel and restaurant brand with many restaurants across North America and beyond. They are committed to going the extra mile for their guests to ensure they have the ultimate experience. They are looking for multiple Sous Chefs to help oversee the operations of their hotel restaurants in Philadelpia, PA.
Under Chief Duties:
- Ensure guests receive the highest level of food quality and service.
- Manage, lead, develop, and train a team up to 20
- Ensures high quality, palatable and well-presented foods are served
- Assist daily operations of one outlet
- Collaborate on menu creation
- Supervise sourcing and deliveries
- Maintain team spirit, and oversee menu accuracy
- Maintaining brand standards
- Ensure high food standards as required by local health regulations
The ideal Sous Chef will possess the following qualities:
- Experience with high-end restaurant/hotel brands is a must(e.g. 5 star hotels, Michelin star, celebrity chef brands, or fine-dining high end restaurants)
- Variety and creativity when it come to your culinary skills
- Good organizational skills
- Great career stability
