The Swedish giant’s audiobook sales system has been blocked three times by the Cupertino company.

Spotify has just opened a new front in the war between it and Apple. And this time, the bone of contention is the audiobook. Last September, the world leader in music streaming entered the audiobook market by offering a library of 300,000 titles. A promising diversification, since, according to the platform, it is a market “annual potential of 70 billion dollars”. American Spotify users can now buy and listen to literary classics, bestsellers, such as Where the crayfish sing by Delia Owens, or the novels of Stephen King.
