S&T bought its own shares for more than 6.5 million euros


S&T AG completed the share buyback program announced on February 28, 2020 on June 30, 2020 and bought back a total of 390,373 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 16.7359. This corresponds to 0.591% of the company’s share capital. The total price excluding additional costs for the repurchased shares was EUR 6,533,232.78. The company plans to use the repurchased shares for future acquisitions and to service the stock option programs.
