State of emergency in Mariupol because of “Kadyrovtsy”: CNS told what the occupiers are doing

This information was reported by the telegram channel “Operational Armed Forces of Ukraine”, reports “URA-Inform”.

It is noted that the people of the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, drink alcoholic beverages and, in a state of intoxication, persecute local residents, inflicting bodily harm on them, including with the use of knives. The occupying “police”, in turn, refuses to accept applications from affected citizens.

It is alleged that such behavior of the “Kadyrovites” causes serious damage to the security and peace of the local population, creating fear and anxiety among the civilians of Mariupol. The actions of these groups are unacceptable and are a violation of international humanitarian law, which obliges us to protect and ensure the safety of citizens in time of war.

However, the above-mentioned is not commented on by the Russian Federation. The Armed Forces of Ukraine, in turn, are trying to do everything possible to de-occupy the city as quickly as possible and save people from the oppression of the Kremlin.
