Stepdad accused of raping the stepdaughter, claiming it was "impossible" because his penis is "too big"

A MAN accused of raping his 12-year-old stepdaughter claims he did not commit the crime because his penis is too big.
The unidentified defendant, 49, is said to have even asked a court judge if he could show her to prove his size.
Getty – Contributor The man was accused of raping his stepdaughter. According to the newspaper in New Zimbabwe, the stepfather had taken the youngster to a nearby mountain to find wood to be used for fencing.
But while he was alone, he allegedly told her to take off her clothes before she raped her.
The attack occurred sometime in April of this year near the family home in the village of Gonyora in Bikita.
The abuse allegedly lasted until the next month, when the girl told her mother what had happened.

According to the newspaper, he asked Judge Dambudzo Malunga to look at his genitals, claiming that his abnormal size would relieve him.
However, the magistrate ignored his suggestion and sent him to remand the proceedings in custody.
