In July 2022, the Lindenhof Group set an example throughout Switzerland with a new package of measures for nursing staff – with significantly improved working conditions. With the launch of their personal marketing campaign, the next step follows to counteract the shortage of skilled workers.
Employees are ambassadors
On Wednesday, March 29, 2023, the hospital group will start its targeted personnel campaign, which is intended to make a significant contribution to relieving the burden on employees and increasing their attractiveness as an employer.
The focus is on the employees of the Lindenhof Group. As ambassadors, they convey their individual motivation to work for the hospital group in an emotional way. The messages are conveyed primarily through moving image recordings.
Magnetic effect of the company culture: The strong cooperation of the Lindenhof Group Special recording angles and the authentic statements of the employees also convey the important cultural foundation of the hospital group. Nursing and medicine work hand in hand at eye level, interdisciplinary and across locations. With a common goal: the well-being of the patients.
Impact-oriented mix of analogue and digital measures
The central information anchors are the tram of the Lindenhof Group, which runs through the city center of Bern, and the microsite Gemeinstark.ch. The interior of the tram was completely redesigned, and the microsite was geared towards personnel marketing and recruitment.
In addition, analogue and digital measures are being launched that harmonize with the recruitment measures of the Lindenhof Group: Social media, YouTube, media and PR measures are examples of this.
The Lindenhof Group is pleased to counteract the shortage of skilled workers with the new personnel marketing presence and to further expand its position as an attractive employer.
