With 11,000 spectators over 3 days, the Essentiel Festival was a real success at the MEET in Toulouse. What to consider a second edition in 2022!
From July 8 to 10, around 11,000 people – nearly 5,000 on the 8th, nearly 2,000 on the 9th and nearly 4,000 on the 10th – gathered at MEETT, the Parc des Expositions de Toulouse, for the ESSENTIAL FESTIVAL! Symbol of the revival of the local event industry, the ESSENTIEL FESTIVAL has succeeded in its bet: that of mobilizing 73 companies in the sector and of being a popular festival open to all which has known and been able to welcome thousands of people in optimal and controlled sanitary conditions.
For 3 days, 3 musical evenings in partnership with NRJ / Chérie FM were organized around a sizeable line-up, at the price of € 15 per seat per evening:
• 1 first evening around an NRJ program, with Kendji, Vitaa & Slimane, Amir, Amel Bent, Hatik, Keen’V, Ofenbach, Camélia Jordana, TayC, Eddy de Pretto, Eva Queen, Black M, Zaho,…
• 1 second DJ SET NRJ EXTRAVADANCE evening, welcoming DJs, Kungs, Bob Sinclar, Le Pedre, Morgan Nagoya
- 1 last evening “super private concert Chérie FM”, with Patrick Fiori, Clara Luciani, Christophe Maé and Patrick Bruel
98.4% OF FESTIVALIERS EQUIPPED WITH THE HEALTH PASS
With proactive communication carried out upstream around the sanitary conditions planned on site in agreement with the prefecture, 98.4% of festival-goers returned to MEET with the Sanitary Pass and only a few dozen tests had to be carried out on site.
This positive result allows the organizers to consider a second edition next year at MEETT, with the aim of making it a flagship festival anchored on the site.
